Breco
brings a whole new excitement to downtown living.
Outside,
it bears the classic features of a building from another
era, such as the rows of large storefront windows bordered
at the top by concrete spandrel beams and the concrete
haunches that protrude at intervals on each corner of
the building.
But
Breco also leaps forward in time, projecting a dramatic
21st century presence. You can't help but notice these
striking new homes.
Welcome
home to the newest, unique residence complementing Baltimore
City's lifestyle.

About
the Breco Project
Built
in 1881, and once a manufacturing and printing building,
Breco is now a one-of-kind condominium building in the
heart of downtown Baltimore, Maryland. The 7-story,
55,000 square foot building, located at 234 Holliday
Street, is adjacent to City Hall, bounded by Saratoga
and Guilford Streets.
The
historic building has been transformed into 32 mid-luxury
loft-style condominiums:
- 5
one-bedroom, one-bath units (no half bath)
- 10
one-bedroom, study/den, 1.5 bath units
- 17
two-bedroom, 2 bath units (includes 2 new rooftop
units)
Reconstruction
began in the fall of 2004 and was completed in May 2006.
Six units remain available for immediate occupancy.
